Well in another thread I talked a little about this Binder project I'm working on. It's just a binder with page protectors. It's got important stuff in it that I reference to while I'm brewing. So I was wondering.... what do you like to referance to when your brewing?

Give some links to charts or whatnot that people can use:)

This chart is what I found EXTREAMLY helpfull last brew. I was doing a decoction and found this to be dead on target.

Oh you just have to point your finger his was and ask if he's fake. If a piece of your figure gets niped off... you'll have your answer :D

I do the exact same thing--except my "binder" is a clipboard. When I reference my brew day spreadsheet I also have all of my charts and cheat sheets readily available on the clip board. I'm a total geek.

I place all my recipes on CD and have used a binder for all the printed docs for years. Really handy.

I also have a corkboard above/behind my stove for holding notes, etc for me while brewing.:D

I'm a heathen I just have a spiral note book of past brews.
On the upside I have been able to duplicate one beer three times with consistency I'm pretty happy with.

Yeah, I just have a notebook where I've been keeping all my notes, so far it seems to be working pretty well. I based the template off of Palmer's suggestions in howtobrew. I am thinking about using ProMash at some point, so I may alter my notes slightly, but not much.
