That's not true at all. Only thing that may be better is odds of not sharing a jackpot as when it gets large you have more people buying massive quantities of tickets.

Odds of winning a powerball jackpot are always 1 in 175.2 Million. whether one other person plays or 100 million other people play. Your one ticket has just as much shot of winning as it does any other draw.

I play the lotto when it gets almost close to the odds being as good as the payout. Then it's almost worth my 1 or 2 dollars. And I only play for fun. Just imagining what I would do hitting the jackpot.

I would certainly waste at least a million on silliness. And that's just short term silliness.

It's a diminishing return. Buying the first ticket infinitely improves your odds of winning. Buying the second ticket only doubles them. Therefore the second ticket is much less valuable.

I'd build the most ridiculous of clubs with 100+ moving lights and the best console to program them on. (It's what I currently do for work)

I'd buy my friends and parents quality houses and cars. My friends with kids would receive full college scholarships for them.

My church would receive a grant of ten million to help build a new building and install the best equipment for reaching the masses.

I'd buy a private jet and learn to fly it. Probably a Gulfstream G550.

And I'd still have 300 million to work with...

This is 2nd time I've played lottery the other was the other $600 million pot. Can't win if you don't play. Be cool if you had that kind of money overnight
