Hi everyone. Long time lurker. Just wanted to say thanks for all the great info here on HBT. It's has really helped me improve my skills and techniques.

I've done several batches of extract brews and am moving to all grain this month. My neighbor and I have a weekly darts game with several neighbors attending, so demand is pretty high. Right now I have batches of an Irish Red as well as an APA in fermentation, and the Centennial Blonde and a couple of stouts on tap.

Extract brewing here on the Big Island is a bit pricey, so the move to all grain is as much a desire for more control over the brew as it is about reducing stress on my wallet. I figured before I dive into all grain it would be a good idea to start participating instead of lurking. :)
