I've done several batches of extract brews and am moving to all grain this month. My neighbor and I have a weekly darts game with several neighbors attending, so demand is pretty high. Right now I have batches of an Irish Red as well as an APA in fermentation, and the Centennial Blonde and a couple of stouts on tap.
Extract brewing here on the Big Island is a bit pricey, so the move to all grain is as much a desire for more control over the brew as it is about reducing stress on my wallet. I figured before I dive into all grain it would be a good idea to start participating instead of lurking.
