Got a stout kit from northern brewer. What can I expect for a finish gravity? OG was 1.070 and the FG is 1.022. It was in the primary for 3 and there was no airlock activity for the last 4-5 days.
That's around 67% attenuation, what yeast did you use? At what temperature did you ferment? If you did not aerate very well the yeast might have stopped fermenting prematurely, which might leave the beer tasting sweet.
