1 oz Cascade @ 5 min

.25 tsp ground cloves @ 15 min
1 cinnamon stick @ 15 min
1 vanilla bean @ 5 min

Wyeast 1272 - American Ale 2 - cause that's just what I always use but am open to suggestions
