well i posted this under recipes and ingredients but since no one looked at it, i figured id try it here....
anyways me and some of the guys were talkin about makin a beer with protein. is this a bad idea? if not, i could use a flavorless protein but when would i add it to the mix?

It would probably just settle out with all the other proteins that end up as trub.
