Bichmann auto sparge in 15 gal mash tun for 5 gal batches

Would this work? I want to upgrade my system and have the option of going to 10 gallon batches in the future. I also want to be able to make bigger beers than a 10 gallon mash tun allows. Would the auto sparge work in a 15 gallon mash tun with a mash volume of 5 gallons(for my smaller beers)?

I have one in my 10 gallon tun but I think it is designed for the 15 gallon tun. It can be adjusted for any size batch I don't think you will have any issues

The arm on it is pretty small... 4"? However, you can always just buy a longer threaded stainless rod and extend it out to wherever you need.
