Best yeast for Trappist Single

Hi,

I'm brewing next weekend and I still don't know what's the best yeast for the job.

The beer is a Trappist Single and I have one sachet of Safebrew t-58 and one of Safebrew Abbaye.

Can anyone tell me what's the best?

Abbaye (or wlp530) is awesome as it has great flavor complexity. I just made a Belgian blonde that I used S-33 which is good for trappist and Belgian wheat beers. It's my first use of it though so I can't compare it to anything yet.
