Best Style out of the bottle?

Spring's coming up, and sometimes, drinking out of a bottle is more convenient when doing outdoor activities. I've never brewed anything with this in mind, but what are the best styles for drinking out of the bottle. I mean, something that the conditioning won't affect too much. Though I only keg now, even when I bottled, I never really drank homebrews straight from the bottle. Do certain styles or recipes lend themselves to this more than others?

I would say most guys dont drink their homebrew out of the bottle. Most bottled beers are bottle conditioned and they contain a yeast sediment on the bottom that has a distinct and distracting taste for most styles. By constantly sipping, you swirl the yeast into the beer.

Some fill up a 6er or so from their forced carbed kegs and I would expect that these brews contain little yeast sediment to distract you from the flavor.

All things considered I would have to say that a wheat beer would not be affected that much from bottle sipping because the yeast in suspension are part of the flavor.

I bottle American Wheats as my beer to take with me on fishing trips and poker parties. This way the yeast sediment in the bottle is a part of the beer.

I like to get just right amount of yeast sediment in a bottle, so I let the beer clear up in the fermenter as much as possible before I bottle it. I use US-05 yeast for my American Wheats and it does a good job clearing up the beer, so when I bottle it it looks like a Kristal Weizen. This way after 2 weeks of conditioning I get a perfect amount of yeast and the beer tastes perfect straight out of the bottle.
