I'd like to brew up a red beer and am open to either a lager kit or Ale kit. I'd prefer to try a Red Lager, but am open to an Ale. I'd appreciate your thoughts on your favorite extract kit.

Try Brewers Best Irish Red. It was my first and one of my favorites. Dang tasty!

True Brew "Red Ale" Kit. Tried some a brew-buddy made and it was a great beer "as-is". I just started one on Wed and changed a few things. I'd play around with the hops some if your feeling froggy. Good luck!
