Hello all!
In regards to a recent post, I discovered that I had overcarbed my first batch. I've read many different ratios for a five gallon batch. What works for you all? Is the priming solution amount dependent on the recipe, or do you have an amount that works every time? (For bottling)
Also, out of curiosity, I plan on kegging my next batch. Is there a varying psi that works for force carbing? Or does the standard 30 psi work for you?
