Best hops to grow

Hey there I'm contacting a local farmer to get some hop rhizomes! I was just wondering which type of hops would be the best variety to grow in upper Ontario (Ottawa) and has the best flavour? I'm planning on buying 4 rhizomes!

I am also getting started in hop growing. My limited research is Cascade or any of the other "C" named are the best producers, and the noble hops like Saaz are the worst, but the hybrids like Sterling are a little better.

Go with Cascade and Magnum, they seem to tolerate the cold weather better and grow fast. Good luck with them.
