I'll tell you what Bobby did that was awesome. He did an all grain primer, in which he described the science behind the mashing process in VERY simple terms. For anyone who halfway gets it when they read it, Bobby's vids will get you the other half.

Geez, all the love around here is embarrassing me. I was just thinking about this and regretting how segmented, sporadic, and low quality my collection is. There are a lot of people doing great things out on youtube for the homebrewing community. I really don't think I should be singled out. This thread here https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f14/homebrew-internet-video-channels-241647/ has a good listing of all the usual suspects.
The cool thing about youtube is that you can really get down a rabbit hole of videos based on the tag related videos as you watch.
