I have made this Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen recipe a many times and everyone LOVES it(except for me).

We made a couple batches for 4th of July party, but this last one in primary I wanted to change a little bit.

I wanted to take some of the sweetness out, so I'm not adding the limeade for this batch and I added .5 oz of wakatu I had left over at 20 min.

I'm thinking of dry hopping an oz or 2 in my keg. What hops do you guys think would be best?

Sorachi Ace, Motueka, Wakatu, combo, or a different dry hop?

Thanks for any input.

all of those have some lemon ro lime in them. But sorachi also had an herbal dill thing going on so i'd count that one out

Are you doing the all grain recipe? Best way to take the sweetness out is mash at 148/150. That way you can keep the flavor profile similar. Granted, the beer won't be as "thick" but there's not really a way to have both serious body and dryness.

It sounds like you are in tricky territory for dry hop. I'd start with with Cascade, even though it is the green been casserole of the hop world.
