Best deal on a 5Lb CO2 Tank?

My local hbs charges $120 for a full tank...they only do exchanges for refill for $20. Refill price seems reasonable, but $120 seems a bit high for a new full tank.

That said I looked at craigslist etc but in my area they are all old welding tanks - nothing food grade...or huge 20lb that I don't have space for.

I just want an extra 5lb in case I end up low and have a new keg to setup without enough in the current one.

So searching online I found beveragelements.com selling re-certified ones for about 55 shipped.

Anyone know of a better place to get them - and is beveragelements.com a good site?

That price sounds about right. I bought a full tank from LHBS 3 years ago for 110. Just check the date on the tank, if it is really new, you can have it 5 years before needing to swap it.
