Best bottle shop in Manhattan/Brooklyn

I'm in the area for the next several days. I'm going to try to stock up on bottles I can't get in Louisiana. Any help would be awesome.

Brouwerij Lane, Breukelen Bier Merchants, The Sampler, Bierkraft in Brooklyn

In Manhattan, Top Hops, New Beer Distributors, Whole Foods Beer Store on Houston are all very solid options

There are many more but that is just off the top of my head

Whole Foods, although a grocery store, do tend to have a decent selection of craft beers.

overall, for a city its size, NYC is lacking in good beer bottle shops - especially Midtown and UES, where work usually takes me.

thanks for pointing out Top Hops. will have to trek down there next time i'm in the city.
