I bottled a beer I made two months ago, when I was on RR, from Afghanistan. It's a chocolate milk stout of my own recipe. This is by far the best beer I have ever made. I paid close attention to fermentation temps, pitched a healthy amount of US 05 yeast, and was as clean as a surgeon. I'm drinking a flat bottle leftover from the priming bucket and it is great. Its sweet and creamy, but has a nice roasty note in the background and just enough hop bitterness to stand up to the sweetness.

No real point to this thread other than to brag a little, and to thank all the folks here, that have helped me learn and grow in the hobby. :tank:
