I plan to make several Belgian beers and I have come across William's Brewing Belgian Pale extract online. I found this to be the most authentic with its composition being 90% Belgian two-row malt and 10% Belgian wheat malt.

I've used Briess Pilen DME with good success in the past, but find its lacks a malty backbone.

I'm looking for any feed back or comments from anyone whose used WB's Belgian Pale or another extract with good success for Belgian beers.

Thanks
