Bench bottle capper bell thread size

I'm in the process of building a pneumatic bottle capper. I purchased a 26mm bottle capper replacement bell (as pictured below) to thread onto the pneumatic cylinder shaft. The threads do not match up, as the capper thread opening is a bit larger. I have went to several different hardware stores in hopes of finding something that would transition between the two. So far, no one can determine what type / thread size is inside the bottle capper bell. It's a very coarse thread.
