I have not brewed this recipe yet I am looking for some input on this recipe. I want to see what these hops in combination have to offer.

Sparge: Batch sparge with 2 steps (0.78gal, 4.09gal) of 168.0 F water
 
Personally, I would cut the Crystal 40 down maybe to 0.5 lb. I think at a pound it would detract what you're trying to do with the hops. Maybe even cut out the Vienna to keep the grain bill simple.
 
I have an almost identical recipe that has won a ton of medals ...Belma and Galaxy is a winner
