there have been 2 bottles of this sitting in my fridge at work for probably 5 years. they were my dads so i layed off of them. well after 5 years, i figure they are fair game. so does anyone know how they age? thinking about having one tonight.

5 years is a long time for any beer. Just had a 5 year dfh world wide stout and it was mellow and good. Had a 5 year Weyerbacher double simcoe ipa and it was not. Tasted of oranges and had definitely staled. Only way to find out is to try it, it shouldn't kill you.
But let us know if it does.
