Hello,
Thanks, in advance, for any input.
I am looking to create a simple belgium blonde recipe. I want to keep OG low, for more of an everyday beer and I want to use the cake for a Trois Pistol clone that I am working on. I am also using czech sladek hops since that is what I have on hand and saaz seems to be in shortage at the LHBS.
