A few weeks ago I did a hoegaarden clone that came out good but could use a little more orange flavoring. Tonight I will be brewing a Belgian white pretty close to the hoegaarden recipe and they have orange peel bitter in my kit. My question is can I just buy dried orange peel at the store and throw it in there or how should I go about getting a little more of an orange flavor in my end result?
