hey guys
im new to brewing beer i only brewed 3 extract batchs so far and wanted to step it up and thought about doing a mini mash

so i go to my homebrew shop show the guy the recipe he give the crushed grain and the hops and thats were the problem start he substituted the hops and i dont really know when and at what time to add them
this is what i got

1 oz 3.2%
