When I look at my equipment profile and sparge volumes I am not sure if I fully understand the volumes. If I am using a 15 gal keg does the initial mash volume assume that it is full to the top and the sparge volume indicated take it to the full pre-boil volume?

In the lower left corner of the Mash tab, your mash volume needed and mash tun size are shown. If they have red dots next to them, you've exceeded the mash tun size.

The software doesn't stop you from overfilling anything. But it does give you a little notice that you need to double check something.

The full sparge amount should take you to your pre-boil volume.

I have 25lbs of grain it should absorb ~5 gallons based on the .2gal/lb grain. Says to add 30L for mash and then add 34L for sparge.

I will have less then 3 gal from sparge and ~9gal from sparge. For some reason I don't think I can do that in a single sparge?

Does this sound right that I can do this in 15gal kegs?
