I had a long post, but I think I figured it out, so I updated my original post with a related question...
ABV is calculated by formula from OG and FG, so BS calculations are an estimate of what you should expect. The only way to get exactly the same is if you hit OG exactly and your fermentation finishes exactly at the predicted FG.
