Beer no 4... no 5?

Ok i guess im hooked, so far i made 3 AG and i want to make more. My first was sweet stout, its in a bottles for 3-4 weeks now it is good, my own design IPA is in secondary, 10gal of amber ale in primary and i still have 2 buckets i could fill, what should i brew next? As you can see im exploring, im looking for something relatively easy to brew but with different taste to what i have now, im not ready for belgium or barleywine yet so what should i make now??, please post your suggestions, lf you have a recipe i would appreciate that too.

which I'm brewing myself this weekend...with a few tweaks. Should be a fairly normal beer as far as fermenting/conditioning time goes.

English or American Brown ales are good stuff too. As I'm getting my pipeline built up, I'm looking for different things myself.

I want to brew on Friday night so no time for starter, dont have blow out tube and simply belgian yeasts scare $hit out of me

Hefe looks great but i have 32lbs of two row i would like to use first, i guess this hefe will be my no 6 or 7 beer but thanks a lot for this idea

Why not try out a bitter or a session ale or something like that? Very low ABV means not a lot of starter required at all. A heff would work, so would abby ales but I would be careful with the temps. You want warm temps for both, like 68-75. If your ambient is less than that, I was thinking you could try a porter or something along those lines. Session ales are always fun.

I love brewing kolsch, pretty easy I think and a great beer to serve to friends who aren't really as in to craft beer. I started out wanting to try to brew a lot of different beers, and still do, but ive gotten caught up in brewing the same ones over and over with minor tweaks and revisions. I feel like this is a great way to learn how different parts of the process and ingredients affect the finished beer.

no such thing as not ready. my 4th brew was a belgian dark strong partial mash and it was awesome. Go fo it... brew what you like. If you have fermentation temp control there is no limit. ok.. some.. but not a lot

If you need someone else to tell you what to do, you should get married. BTW, this forum is probably a bad place to look for a wife. I'd say the M/F ratio here is not quite 50/50

Well i was just looking for sugestions and my wife is away for few days, thats why i can brew my third beer this week .
I was looking in to kolsch after wncbrewer suggestion and stumbled across cream ale and then i remember, my extract cream ale from months ago was delicious, so there it is cream of 3 crops gona happen tomorrow fallowing this recipe with different hops and yeast (im gona steal some yeast from krausen of amber ale)

I would second the English bitter. Low ABV, you can have it in bottles in 7-10 days, tons of flavor, and often very friendly to the craft beer crowd. I usually keep a bitter on tap, and I find that it plays well with most people. Simple recipe, 90% base malt, 10% crystal, and a couple oz of mid alpha hops. Despite its name, it tends to be malty, so maybe a nice counterpoint to your IPA. The key is the yeast. Safale 04 is nice for dry yeasts, but my favorite is Wyeast 1318 London Ale III.

I have started buying hydrometers two at a time so I have a back up for when I break one (often).
