Yes to the beer names. Seems kind of silly, but it's a convenient way to log/track your past recipes.

When i put the hops in and it boils over is it ok

It'll be a real B**ch to clean up!!! Are you using an outdoor burner or stove top? I suggest controlling your flame after adding your extract and bringing your wort to a boil. Once you've reached your hot flash add your hops and keep an eye on it to prevent a boil over. Besides controlling your flame you might want to keep a spray bottle of water handy to spray the foam. It will help it subside. Good luck

So I just realized today after I did everything I sterilized everything butvthe pot I boiled everything . I did clean the pot very well. Will that be a problem?

If your carbonating using priming sugar then After a few weeks of bottle conditioning its ok to put them in the fridge. If you immediately put them in the fridge the cold will suspend your yeast. You need those residual yeast to eat the priming sugar to create co2. I store mine in a closet for at least 2-3 weeks.

So after week I transfer the beer from 1 bucket to the bucket e with the faucet

I leave my beers in the primary for a minimum of two weeks. Some do less, but in order to know if your wort fully fermented you'd need to take a gravity reading and have a consistent reading 3 days in a row. If your not transferring to a secondary to dry hop or clarify then at that point you can transfer to your bottling bucket (the one with the spigot) for bottling! Hope all this info helps! Cheers
