Beer line cleaner

I put some beer line cleaner in a keg and ran it through some tap lines. The bottle doesn't say to sanitze afterwards, do I still need to sanitze the keg after using it to run cleaner through lines?

I just run hot water after the beer line cleaner has sat in the lines for 15 mins.
I used to follow that up with sanitizer, but beer will be in those lines soon and its in a cold environment so I figured I would save a step.

Just do the same thing with the starsan. Fill up a keg with some, pressurize and run through lines. Quick and easy.
