This is one reason I freakin' LOVE this forum. I just opened HBT to post exactly the same sentiments, only to find my fellow brewers are already in the zone!
Hit my mash temps spot on, and I just cracked the first bottle of my West Coast Imperial Red. It's soooooooooooo good! First beer I've made that is exactly what I wanted it to be, and without even a hint of a flaw.
