Very simply, I had a slight backup of my gas line due to overfilling my keg and I ended up with a little bit of beer in my gas line. Is this a concern? Im worried about contaminating my beer. Should I remove and rinse the line or should I not worry about it?

you'll probably be fine, but you're going to want to clean out the gas line at some point

This just happened to me although it reached all the way up into my 4 way gas manifold. I replaced it with the 4 way distributor firm morebeer where each line has built in check valves.

This happens more than I'd like to admit. I usually disconnect the line and rinse with my stars an bottle. It's probably ok, but why risk it for the 3 minutes it takes.
