Good morning HBT'ers, I know there is a lot of discussion on how to carb your stout beer with co2 and once it's carbed to the desired amount 1.5-2.2 how you then put it on beer gas but I wanted to hear from some of you guys on what your method is as far as what PSI do you put it on and most importantly for how long before you turn it over to beer gas.

Im just about ready to hook up my beer gas bottle (waiting for my damned back ordered Nitrogen reg) and wanted to get some pointers. My kegerator keeps my beer at around 40 degree's so based off a carbing chart I was looking at it says to put it at around 5 PSI to get my desired carbing level but for how long about?

Thanks for any help/pointers.

Bumping your thread. I have only had beer gas with Guiness. Are you going to run all you beers on this?
