Beer Cooler

Has anyone thought out or built a styrofoam cooler room? I have a space in my garage for a 8x6 room. A window in the corner could hold a window AC unit, and a Temp Controller could maintin 35-50 degrees I think. Just wondering about concentrating all my crap in 1 cool, dry place.
