Gallon of local cider, left in the windowsill for a few days to ferment the old-fashioned way.
2 parts cider, 1 part bourbon. Mix, serve over ice.

Sounds good. Hot mulled cider + bourbon is always awesome.

Mix an IPA with a cider, pear ciders are my favorite to use for this, it's really good.

Here's also a drink some friends of mine introduced to me that uses a hefe. It sounds weird but it's a hell of a drink. Its great for get togethers and the whole brunch/lunch thing.

That reminds me. Do one of those except use a Dogfish head Palo Santo instead of a Guinness. Try having two of those in a night, wheew.

Wow, Palo Santo already has too much of an alcohol taste to it, that has to taste awful.
