I am a retired engineer and relatively new to brewing beer. I've brewed four extracts and all have turned out super. I enjoy the whole process of fermentation. I make my own hot sauce, bread, yogurt and sauerkraut. Now I'm trying my hand at beer brewing. My first brew really impressed me. I couldn't believe how well it turned out.
I try to understand the process, the why. I think this forum will be great for that.
