I am not going to get into what I did wrong for today's all-grain homebrew session, but the final result was an extremely low efficiency that has left me with a very low OG beer that I pitched my yeast on anyway.
Valuable lesson learned today aside, I am wondering if this can work:
After my beers gravity bottoms out in a few days, can I boil up some DME, cool it down and add them together to bring up the final ABV? Is there any considerations I should note before doing this?
