Essentially, that's it. They have a passport booklet that you get stamped each day, and anyone who completes the booklet makes it into their club, which is more of a "first opportunity to buy" club than it is a traditional, pay-up-front-for-x-amount-of-bottles club.

nice, how many days is it that are needed?

They announce full details around the first of March every year, but I believe to make it into their club you have to go every day they run the event, which is a full seven. I’ve never done it due to living about an hour’s drive away and really only being interested in ~1/4th of the Stasis bottles they put out, so I may be a bit sketchy on the details.

Or we can go to Healthy Spirits where still have cases of the Stasis bottles sitting around.

They weren't on the board, they were on the side. But that was on theFriday of sfbw. They were all also like $30. So passed.

I wanted to go that night but traffic and weather was gnarly coming from the East Bay. I'd pay $30 for one bottle of PCC easily. You win some, you lose some I guess.

I just started following HolyWater on Instagram... Those whiskeys on the wall, are they for sale or in-store consumption? Cause I would love to give that Weller 12 a try.

on premises consumption. expect them to be very expensive. i'm on my last bottle of weller 12, but these days I opt for a pour of henry mckenna 10 yr.

random question:

I just had a phone interview with a company in South SF that went really well and sounds promising for the most part. would 80K/yr be enough to live comfortably in the area without a roommate? should I expect to let rent prices and commute times dictate where I live?

lol

But seriously, it depends on what you mean by "in the area" and "comfortably". Just check out craigslist prices for apartments, my guess is that you'll have a lot of challenges finding anything that's a reasonable price at 80k solo salary on the peninsula or in SF proper. You would be able to find that in the east bay, but the commute over might not be reasonable.
