Hey Bay Area people,
I'll be in the area (based in Novato) from ~12/21 to 1/5, and plan to hit a few breweries. I'm not sure what I'll be bringing to share, but I'll have a couple things.

It would be great to meet up with some people. I have yet to visit the Rare Barrel, Faction, Beltane, Woodfour; and always try to hit up the standards.

I should be around, but out of those, I've only visited Faction; not really a beer person anymore. Keep us posted and I'll try to come out to something.

I'm in SD for like half the time but we can probably work something out. If you hit up RB on the 3rd/4th I can probably make it out.

That's what I was thinking. I'm hoping that weekend is the debut for Ambassadors so I can *maybe fly out a growler for Touch_My_BrettSacch ; and I can get in, because I wouldn't be too surprised if they only open it to Ambassadors and trustees for a day.
I wanted to make the Dec 18 share, but had to go with a later flight.

Since you are staying on Novato, I STRONGLY suggest Taps in Petaluma and Beercraft in Rohnert Park. That's IF youa re headed north to RR at all. Also, RB is only open Fri-Sun. ANd I will assume you have been to Cellarmaker in SF. If not, that should be #1 on your list.

I think I went to TAPS for my birthday two *years, not days* ago, it's a go to if I don't feel like driving all the way to RR. Also been to Beercraft, nice place to stop for interesting beers and pours. Been to cellarmaker once, plan to go again; they didn't have a DIPA on when I went and I hear nothing but good things.

Awwww yiss, just got a buzzword text. I have to figure it out with some family members, but besides meetups at breweries, a bottle share would be fun.

Not for the Ambassador, same as last years Founders growler (minus the handle). Glass will be for non-Ambassador's, but I didn't think they had set a date for when that would start?

Last time I drove through Bakersfield it looked more like:
