Cellarmaker bottle release

First Bottle Release Tomorrow: "Jezebel" is a Brett Drei Saison we made way back in October. It was bottled in early December and has been conditioning ever since. It is now ready for consumption or further aging. 2 bottles per person. $15/bottle.

Tomorrow's taplist has some really cool stuff available for your enjoyment in addition to the other beers already on tap:
- "Jezebel" draft
- "Saison Francisco" draft
- Batch 1 "Vastness of Space" Imperial Stout draft
- 5 gallon Cask of "Highway to the Danker Zone" conditioned on New Zealand Riwaka hops.

Come celebrate our first bottle release with us tomorrow. Doors open at 3pm. Cheers from the Cellarmaker crew!

It seems to me that it has gotten slightly mixed reviews? Maybe because it's not BARREL AGED!?!!? OH NO!!!

I like my saisons tart, but I'll take em any which way, especially with a bit of wildness!

I actually haven't had it since it was really fresh in December. Didn't get to try it on tap this time around. I'm assuming there's a lot more brett drei present than back then...

And I doubt anyone's opened a bottle yet, when it's on tap for now...
