Weird. Was just there a couple weeks ago and I bailed after the two hoppy beers I ordered tasted like bananas.

Draft I had was tasty, best was on at Shed in Healdsburg. Never had anything from a can, I will say this batch of Beat was nice...

Hello, will be in SF this weekend for Outside lands and was wondering if there is anything I should know about the Toronado 30th party. I have to go earlier because of the festival but was wondering if there is a long line before it opens and if a lot of the drafts last until Sunday/Monday. Hoping its quieter as they dont have bottles to-go but what do i know

Expect a long line at opening.

I'm thinking people are going to be camping out thinking they are going to sell CCK bottles or some ****. I don't think they've made an official announcement on selling bottles to go.

I don't think there's any way to know how long drafts will last, but I would think at least a handful make it to the next day. They've been showcasing a lot of the event beers over the last month plus (not T30, of course). If you're going to be in town early, pop in - there are four of them on at the moment. They're the ones with little Toronado icons:

This is something people have been talking about for years so I would expect a line/1in1out situation all day. I would end my personal ban on lining up for beer and show up before 10 AM if I wasn't going to be out of town.

That's what I was wondering. It's been ages since they've done that, and previous year's anniversaries weren't a big deal. I'm hoping there's not a giant line because I want to just drink the special beers, but we'll see...

I think T26 was the last time they did it. T29 was quite enjoyable as a result of not having sold bottles to go for awhile. I don't know, I assumed Russian River was bottling their beer and that would be sold to go, but I'm not certain. That being said, that's just a brett beer, so I don't think it'll have the pull of T20 (ugh) and T25.

Picture a Tokyo subway at rush hour then just add equal parts of man ****, vomit and Sour Diesel and that gives you a pretty good mental image of what to expect.

I'm so tempted to pretend like it's my aversion to crowds and an abundance of dignity thats going to keep me away from the T this weekend but reality is im just too damn busy. Stupid life.

Do they still have those windbreakers BrandoSF ? I wanted to cop just to rustle the yelpadvocate jimmies but never got around to it.

Doing some 5k in Oakland that morning with people from work and was going to head into the City after I shower and whatnot. You guys are making me rethink this plan.
