Any advice on how I can balance the banana out with the clove typically found in Wyeast 3068?

Extract Recipe
4 oz munich malt
8 oz Muntons Wheat DME
6lbs 6oz of Briess Wheat LME

1 oz Mt Hood Hops

1/2 Gallon starter made with 8oz of Wheat DME and 3060 propagator.

Advice on flavors other than clove are welcome.

Well I think you answered your question in your thread title... At what temperature did you ferment the batch with 3060?

Typo: used the 3068 propagator, not 3060.
