I've ordered from them 3 or 4 times and quite happy. Always high-quality components at good prices. Can't speak for their customer service, as I've never needed to contact them. I'd certainly buy from them again as the need arises.

Yep I have no complaints on their front end service. Affordable shipping and in a timely manner.

Yep they have great products at a good price. Front end service is spectacular its just the back end service I am having issues with.

Revised a bit: I've been trying to contact @BargainFittings to exchange wrong part they sent me, for the one I need, and have gotten no response to 4 separate emails. I've ended up just buying the part over again and I'm hoping that I get the correct one this time. I've also tried to contact for a return on a couple of 3/8 locknuts that have 3/8 stamped on them, but measure over a half inch inside diameter gotten no contact back from them yet (2+ days.)
The parts they sell are great and affordable and they ship quick but the communication from this company seems terrible.

I even made a mistake in ordering a dip tube, e-mailed the general contact email, and received a reply that they switched it out for the right one. 5 star customer service!

I also appreciate the info on the site. Without the pump pics showing camlock fittings, I would have had to do much more research.

I'm also having issues with communication. One female QD I got just does not lock into place. I had to hammer the fittings together to get them to lock. The two other female QDs I ordered lock with all of the males so it has to be a problem with this one. I submitted their online form and got no response. Emailed them directly and got no response. I submitted a review hoping that might trigger a response but the review never posted on the site. My work schedule does not allow me to call them so I'm kind of at a loss as to what I can do.

I take the previous review back. I contacted the company through this website and they replaced the part right away. The emails were never received so your best bet is to call. Once they actually heard from me, they answered right away. FYI, if you can't call during the day, call and leave a voicemail.

All around top notch! My go to site for ss fittings. Great (maybe the best?) silicone tubing too! I've recommended them to just about everyone I know that needs ss parts!
