I made this up today and kind of winged it, not enough fruit of any one kind. Came up with part of several recipies that looked good and came as close as I could.
10 lbs of brown on sale bananas
10 lbs fresh peachs
8 lbs wild sand plums
4 can of peach banana concentrate
10 lbs of sugar
5 c tabs
3 tsp energizer
3 tsp nutrient
2 1/2 tsp acid blend
1/2 tsp tannin
I peeled and sliced banana's and simmered in big pot of water. Strained thru a sieve with no squeezing. Poured the hot water off the banana's onto the peeled seedless peachs and plums. I had frozen them and they came apart rather easy. Added the rest of the ingredients and water to 6 gallon mark. Had two banana's left that wouldn't fit in the pot so I put them in a small fruit bag and tossed them in the mix. Hydrometer reads 1095. Pitching 1118 tommorrow. Mike
