Balls got balls, pins got pins to hold the connectors on. The short answer is ball locks are more common and you cannot mix the two types.

Good price for kegs. You would need to clean and replace all of the o-rings on those kegs though. Dont forget you still need a co2 tank, a co2 regulator and beer line.
