Bad co2 taste?!?

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to kegging and my last 4 brews are having the same little taste that I dislike. I had a bar before and before I sell it I took the spare 5 pounds co2 tank with me it was a 1994 tank. I connected 3 beer and they was fine. When it was empty I fill it where my lhbs store refer me. Because it was a 1994 tank they needed to test the tank before fill it. Since, I have that taste in my beer. I carbonate on my beer by putting 10 psi and leave it for 3 weeks and the last one was obvious I took a sample each week and it was tasting really good. Today I took a sample of 4 oz maybe and it was under carbonate but was really good so I decided to take a full glass and finally the pour begin to be foamy but just enough and by tasting the carbonation was good ( maybe the first sample was in the beer line). BUT the taste was not the same. My DIPA with 500g of hop in a 40 L batch that was smelling really good now looses that taste and is tasting the same thing as my other 3 last brews. Could it be fill with a bad co2?

Sorry for the long scenario but just wanted to tell everything.

Non food grade co2 maybe?
Is there a leak somewhere (undercarbed in 3 weeks)? Were the beer lines cleaned between beers you had on tap?
Just a few things to consider.
I don't think a hydro test would affect beer taste... could be wrong though

No leaks and it's been 2 weeks that I connect it to the keg but now it is carbonated. The problem is is the taste is bad since it is carbonated.

The place where I fill my tank may did an error I don't know it is a fire extinguisher shop but they fill co2 tank for all the home brewer of the region. I also didn't know that there was a food grade co2.

Does that co2 give headaches because last 2 times I had headaches after 2 beers.

Can I save my beer now?

I get all my CO2 fills at the welding shop. Tastes fine.

I would look for something else as a source of the problem. How clean are the beer lines? How do you clean the kegs?

Each time I fill a keg I let it soak in a ecolox solution for 30 minutes and after give it a big rinse, after I fill the keg with starsan, connect to the line and let the starsan flowing by the tap for half the keg and after I fill with beer and reconnect to the line. It's been 4 month I have my keg setup and maybe 4keg connected to each tap. The thing is flat beer taste good and hoppy and carbonate beer taste something else.

anyway I will try to remove my setup and give a good cleanup I hope I can save my batch of beer. I have a batch of Pale ale ready to keg so I will see if the problem was in the beer line.
