Hi, I went to bottle some cider I made last night, and it had an extremely off taste to it. The taste was something like a wet dog or an old gym sock. Definitely not good. I started the batch back in October with juice from fresh apples (I juiced them myself), I used Campden tablets, and sanitized everything with IO safe. So, does this sound like an infection? Bad yeast? Something else I may have done wrong?
