I just checked my first all grain in the secondary. I did not use the finings in the boil I forgot to toss em in. I noticed now in the secondary there is like a haze that looks oily or something on the top of the brew and if I tilt the carboy it kind of clings to the side? Nothing is growing or colonizing is my brew contaminated or could this just be protein or somethings else in the beer.

Sounds ok. It should settle out, but if you want to clarify the ale a bit, get a fining like Polyclar.
