Can I backsweeten cider by the glass by adding some thawed AJC or other to each glass? Planning to thaw and put into squeeze bottles to add to each glass, so as to add variety. Or is there some mysterious melding time they should be together? Kegged and carbed before mixing.

sort of. Thought about FCAJ, Blackberry, peach, ect. So then I wouldn't have a whole keg all the same.

So, I tried it and am happy with the results. Will try more flavors as I find them.

I prefer dry cider generally but if I find I have made a batch lacking in flavour, I add a splash of Apple Juice to each glass to add a bit of flavour. It's much simpler than trying to bottle a sweet cider.

Yep, back sweetening by the glass works great. I always make my ciders dry, but I have some friends who like it sweet, so I back sweeten per glass when pouring for them. I typically will add 1 spoonful of honey to an equal amount of warm water, stir it to mix and then pour the cider in (If you do this without the step of mixing water with honey, then the honey will just sit on the bottom of the glass). Makes for a really nice flavor.
