Made a peach/Apricot blonde . It's way too dry . I would like to sweeten it up a tad . Would adding peach extract work ?

Gonna boil some water and sugar . Since the beer is in a keg at 38 I dont think it will kick up fermentation . I'm pretty sure the yeast went to full attenuation

Well I made a simple syrup . Added .5 ML to a cup of beer until I got a tad sweetness. It took about 3 ML. So I added 240 ML to my 5 gallon keg .

Yes it will, or maybe something undesirable will start eating up the simple sugars and ruin your beer. To backsweeten an unfiltered, unpasteurized beer always use unfermentable sugars or artificial sweeteners.

So far so good . Kegs at 38 degrees so I'm not worried about fermentation kicking up. Just had a few sat night and it made a difference. I have Stivia , never thought about that .
