Want to use stevia to sweeten cider before bottling. Stevia is non fermenting right?

Re Stevia: Stevia is non-fermentable, but most powders available are watered down with another substance such as FOS or maltodextrin. You'll need to check the ingredients before using.

Re: Xylitol: If you have a dog, don't let it eat it. It's very toxic to them.
